En corto: Fabuli escribe los cuentos dentro del propio móvil. No tenemos servidores, no hay que registrarse, no pedimos ni un solo dato sobre tu hijo o tu hija, y no hay anuncios ni herramientas de seguimiento. Lo único que sale del dispositivo es la comprobación de si la suscripción está activa, y ese dato no lleva nombres.
Quién responde de esta app
Fabuli está desarrollada y mantenida por Gonzalo Albero, en España. Para cualquier duda sobre privacidad puedes escribir a fabuliapp@proton.me y contestamos a esa misma dirección.
Qué datos recogemos
Ninguno. Fabuli no pide correo, ni nombre, ni edad, ni ubicación, ni número de teléfono. No hay cuentas de usuario porque la app no las necesita para funcionar.
Los nombres, colores y rasgos que inventáis para los personajes, y los cuentos que salen de ahí, se guardan solo en la memoria del dispositivo. No viajan a ningún servidor nuestro, no los vemos y no podríamos recuperarlos aunque quisiéramos. Si desinstalas la app, desaparecen.
La copia de seguridad del móvil
Hay una excepción que conviene contar, y no depende de nosotros. Tanto Android como iOS hacen su propia copia de seguridad de los datos de las aplicaciones instaladas, si el dueño del teléfono tiene esa opción activada. Eso incluye los personajes y los cuentos de Fabuli, que pueden acabar en la cuenta de Google o en iCloud de quien usa el móvil.
Esa copia va del teléfono a la cuenta de su propio dueño y nosotros ni la vemos ni tenemos manera de acceder a ella. Se puede desactivar desde los ajustes del sistema, en la sección de copia de seguridad de Google o de iCloud.
La suscripción de pago
Fabuli usa RevenueCat para saber si la suscripción Maxi está activa en el dispositivo. RevenueCat recibe de Apple o de Google un identificador anónimo de compra, generado por la propia tienda, junto con el estado de la suscripción y el país de la tienda.
Ese identificador no contiene tu nombre, ni tu correo, ni nada relacionado con los niños que usan la app. Su única función es contestar a una pregunta de sí o no: si este dispositivo tiene Maxi activo. RevenueCat es una empresa estadounidense y guarda ese dato en sus propios servidores, bajo su política de privacidad.
Los pagos
El cobro lo gestionan íntegramente Apple y Google a través de su propia pasarela. Fabuli no ve, no recibe y no almacena datos de tarjeta ni datos bancarios. La suscripción se cancela desde la página de suscripciones de tu cuenta de App Store o de Google Play, y desde la versión 1.8.1 la app te la abre directamente desde Ajustes.
Niños
Los cuentos están pensados para niños, pero quien maneja la app es el adulto. Fabuli no pide ni recoge información personal de menores, no tiene chat, no tiene comentarios, no permite subir fotos y no muestra contenido de otros usuarios. No hay ningún mecanismo por el que un niño pueda compartir datos con nadie.
Anuncios y analítica
Fabuli no muestra publicidad, y no está previsto que la muestre nunca. Tampoco usa herramientas de analítica ni de medición, ni identificadores publicitarios, ni cookies de seguimiento. No vendemos ni cedemos datos a terceros, entre otras cosas porque no hay datos que ceder.
Permisos del dispositivo
La app no pide acceso a la cámara, al micrófono, a los contactos, a las fotos ni a la ubicación. Funciona entera sin conexión a internet, salvo el momento puntual en que se comprueba o se restaura una compra.
Tus derechos
Como no guardamos información personal en ningún servidor, no hay un archivo tuyo que consultar, corregir o borrar. Si quieres eliminar todo lo que Fabuli ha creado, basta con desinstalar la app: los cuentos y los personajes se van con ella.
Fabuli se desarrolla en España y se rige por el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos. Si aun así tienes una petición relacionada con protección de datos, escríbenos y la atendemos. Y si la respuesta no te convence, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
Cambios en esta política
Si algún día Fabuli cambia lo que hace con los datos, esta página se actualiza antes de que el cambio llegue a la app, y la fecha de arriba lo refleja.

The short version: Fabuli writes its stories inside the phone itself. We run no servers, there is no sign-up, we ask for nothing at all about your child, and there are no ads and no tracking tools. The only thing that ever leaves the device is a check on whether the subscription is active, and that check carries no names.
Who is behind the app
Fabuli is developed and maintained by Gonzalo Albero, in Spain. For any privacy question, write to fabuliapp@proton.me and we reply to that same address.
What data we collect
None. Fabuli asks for no email, no name, no age, no location and no phone number. There are no user accounts, because the app does not need them to work.
The names, colours and traits you invent for the characters, and the stories that come out of them, are stored only in the device's own memory. They travel to no server of ours, we never see them, and we could not retrieve them even if we wanted to. Uninstall the app and they are gone.
Your phone's own backup
There is one exception worth spelling out, and it is not ours to control. Both Android and iOS run their own backup of installed app data, if the phone's owner has that option switched on. That includes Fabuli's characters and stories, which may end up in the Google account or the iCloud account of whoever uses the phone.
That copy goes from the phone to its owner's own account. We never see it and have no way to reach it. It can be switched off in the system settings, under the Google or iCloud backup section.
The paid subscription
Fabuli uses RevenueCat to know whether the Maxi subscription is active on the device. RevenueCat receives from Apple or Google an anonymous purchase identifier, generated by the store itself, along with the subscription status and the store country.
That identifier contains no name, no email address and nothing related to the children using the app. Its only job is to answer a yes or no question: does this device have Maxi active. RevenueCat is a United States company and holds that identifier on its own servers, under its own privacy policy.
Payments
Billing is handled entirely by Apple and Google through their own payment systems. Fabuli never sees, receives or stores card details or bank details. Subscriptions are cancelled from the subscription page of your App Store or Google Play account, and from version 1.8.1 the app opens that page for you from Settings.
Children
The stories are written for children, but the app is operated by an adult. Fabuli does not request or collect personal information from minors. There is no chat, no comments, no photo upload and no content from other users. There is no mechanism through which a child could share data with anyone.
Ads and analytics
Fabuli shows no advertising, and there are no plans for it to ever show any. It uses no analytics or measurement tools, no advertising identifiers and no tracking cookies. We do not sell or share data with third parties, not least because there is no data to share.
Device permissions
The app requests no access to the camera, microphone, contacts, photos or location. It works entirely offline, apart from the brief moment when a purchase is verified or restored.
Your rights
Since we hold no personal information on any server, there is no file of yours to access, correct or delete. To remove everything Fabuli has created, uninstalling the app is enough: the stories and characters go with it.
Fabuli is developed in Spain and follows the General Data Protection Regulation. If you still have a data protection request, write to us and we will handle it. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Changes to this policy
If Fabuli ever changes what it does with data, this page is updated before the change reaches the app, and the date above reflects it.
