En corto: Fabuli es una app para inventar cuentos y leérselos a un niño. Puedes usarla en tus dispositivos todo lo que quieras. Los cuentos que salgan son tuyos. Si te suscribes a Maxi, se renueva sola hasta que la canceles, y se cancela desde tu cuenta de Google Play o de App Store.
Quién está detrás
Fabuli está desarrollada y mantenida por Gonzalo Albero, en España. Para cualquier cosa relacionada con estas condiciones puedes escribir a fabuliapp@proton.me.
Al instalar o usar Fabuli aceptas lo que dice esta página. Si hay algo que no aceptas, lo coherente es desinstalar la app.
Qué te damos y qué no
Te damos una licencia personal, no exclusiva y no transferible para instalar y usar Fabuli en los dispositivos que sean tuyos o estén a tu cargo, para uso personal y familiar. La app no se vende: se licencia.
Lo que no entra en esa licencia:
- Revender la app, alquilarla, sublicenciarla o cobrar por dar acceso a ella.
- Descompilarla, desensamblarla o intentar sacar su código fuente, salvo en lo que la ley permita expresamente.
- Quitar los avisos de autoría, la marca o el logotipo.
- Usarla para generar contenido dirigido a hacer daño a alguien o que infrinja la ley.
El código, el diseño, las ilustraciones, el motor que escribe los cuentos y todo el texto que lo alimenta son de su autor y siguen siéndolo.
Los cuentos que salen de la app
Fabuli monta cada cuento en el momento y dentro del propio dispositivo, combinando miles de piezas de texto escritas a mano. No hay ninguna inteligencia artificial en la nube ni ningún servidor de por medio.
Los cuentos que salgan son tuyos: puedes leerlos, guardarlos y compartirlos con tu familia. Lo único que pedimos es que no los publiques en masa como si fueran un producto propio, porque el texto base con el que están construidos no lo es.
Como el cuento se genera de forma automática, alguna combinación puede sonar rara o no encajar con lo que esperabas. Fabuli está pensada para leerla en voz alta con un adulto delante, y ese adulto es siempre quien decide si un cuento es adecuado para el niño que lo escucha.
Fabuli Mini y Fabuli Maxi
Mini es gratis y lo seguirá siendo. Crea cuentos completos con un protagonista y las opciones básicas, sin anuncios y sin límite de tiempo.
Maxi es una suscripción de renovación automática. Añade hasta tres protagonistas en el mismo cuento, el villano completo y todas las opciones de personalización. Hay dos planes:
- Fabuli Maxi mensual, suscripción de 1 mes, 3 € al mes.
- Fabuli Maxi anual, suscripción de 12 meses, 24 € al año.
Los precios que mandan son los que ves dentro de la app en el momento de comprar, porque cada país tiene el suyo y las tiendas los ajustan por su cuenta.
Cómo funciona la renovación. El cobro se hace a tu cuenta de Google Play o de App Store al confirmar la compra. La suscripción se renueva sola por el mismo periodo salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes de que acabe el periodo en curso, y el cobro de la renovación se hace dentro de esas últimas 24 horas.
Cómo se cancela. Desde Ajustes, dentro de la app, en «Gestionar o cancelar la suscripción», que abre directamente la página de suscripciones de tu cuenta. También llegas por tu cuenta: en Android, Google Play, tu foto de perfil, Pagos y suscripciones; en iPhone o iPad, Ajustes, tu nombre, Suscripciones. Al cancelar sigues teniendo Maxi hasta que acabe el periodo que ya has pagado, y a partir de ahí la app vuelve a Mini sin perder ningún cuento guardado.
Devoluciones
Las compras las cobra la tienda, no nosotros, así que las devoluciones también las gestiona la tienda: Google Play o Apple, según dónde comprases. Si crees que ha habido un error, escríbenos y te ayudamos a tramitarlo, aunque la decisión final es suya.
Disponibilidad y cambios
La app se actualiza de vez en cuando para corregir cosas y añadir otras. Alguna función puede cambiar o desaparecer si deja de tener sentido, aunque nunca se tocará lo esencial: crear cuentos y leerlos sin conexión.
Si estas condiciones cambian, la fecha de arriba cambia con ellas. Si el cambio es de calado y afecta a la suscripción, se avisará dentro de la propia app.
Responsabilidad
Fabuli se ofrece tal cual, con la intención de que funcione bien y con el cuidado que se le pone a algo que se lee a un niño antes de dormir, pero sin garantizar que esté libre de errores ni que cualquier combinación de cuento sea del gusto de todo el mundo.
En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no respondemos de daños indirectos derivados del uso de la app. Nada de lo que dice esta página limita los derechos que la ley reconoce a los consumidores, que siguen intactos.
Ley aplicable
Estas condiciones se rigen por la ley española. Si eres consumidor, conservas el derecho a acudir a los tribunales de tu lugar de residencia y a los organismos de consumo de tu país.

The short version: Fabuli is an app for inventing bedtime stories and reading them to a child. Use it on your devices as much as you like. The stories that come out are yours. If you subscribe to Maxi, it renews on its own until you cancel, and you cancel from your Google Play or App Store account.
Who is behind this
Fabuli is developed and maintained by Gonzalo Albero, in Spain. For anything about these terms, write to fabuliapp@proton.me.
Installing or using Fabuli means you accept what this page says. If there is something you do not accept, the honest thing to do is uninstall the app.
What you get, and what you don't
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Fabuli on devices you own or look after, for personal and family use. The app is not sold, it is licensed.
What that license does not cover:
- Reselling, renting or sublicensing the app, or charging anyone for access to it.
- Decompiling it, disassembling it or trying to extract its source code, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Removing the authorship notices, the brand or the logo.
- Using it to generate content meant to harm someone or to break the law.
The code, the design, the illustrations, the engine that writes the stories and all the text that feeds it belong to their author and stay that way.
The stories the app writes
Fabuli builds every story on the spot, inside the device itself, by combining thousands of hand-written pieces of text. There is no cloud AI and no server involved.
The stories are yours: read them, keep them, share them with your family. All we ask is that you do not publish them in bulk as a product of your own, because the underlying text they are built from is not.
Because each story is put together automatically, a combination can occasionally read oddly or not match what you expected. Fabuli is meant to be read out loud with a grown-up present, and that grown-up is always the one who decides whether a story suits the child listening.
Fabuli Mini and Fabuli Maxi
Mini is free and will stay free. It writes complete stories with one hero and the basic options, with no ads and no time limit.
Maxi is an auto-renewing subscription. It adds up to three heroes in the same story, the full villain and every customization option. There are two plans:
- Fabuli Maxi monthly, a 1-month subscription, 3 EUR per month.
- Fabuli Maxi annual, a 12-month subscription, 24 EUR per year.
The prices that count are the ones shown inside the app at the moment of purchase, since every country has its own and the stores adjust them on their side.
How renewal works. Payment is charged to your Google Play or App Store account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews itself for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and the renewal charge happens within those last 24 hours.
How to cancel. From Settings inside the app, under "Manage or cancel subscription", which opens your account's subscription page directly. You can also get there on your own: on Android, Google Play, your profile picture, Payments and subscriptions; on iPhone or iPad, Settings, your name, Subscriptions. After cancelling you keep Maxi until the period you already paid for runs out, and from then on the app goes back to Mini without losing a single saved story.
Refunds
The store takes the payment, not us, so the store handles refunds too: Google Play or Apple, depending on where you bought. If you think something went wrong, write to us and we will help you file it, though the final call is theirs.
Availability and changes
The app gets updated now and then, to fix things and to add others. A feature may change or go away if it stops making sense, though the essentials will not be touched: creating stories and reading them offline.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. If a change is substantial and affects the subscription, you will be told inside the app.
Liability
Fabuli is provided as it is, meant to work well and built with the care something read to a child at bedtime deserves, but with no guarantee that it is free of errors or that every possible story will be to everyone's taste.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Nothing on this page limits the rights consumer law gives you, which remain untouched.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to go to the courts where you live and to the consumer bodies of your own country.
